We are offering a Western Express Company Black Felt Cowboy Hat. This hat features a red satin lining with the Western Express logo. It has a black leather band around the rim with metal decor. This hat is used but it must have been well cared for. It do not know the size but 1/2 inch in from the edge of the inside it measures 22 inches. This is a very nice hat in good condition.
