This is a Rare Vintage Souvenir Collectors Plate from Sonoma / California. The 10 ¼” wide china plate, was made by Vernon Kilns of Vernon / California. The front has a central scene titled “Valley of the Moon”, with it, and other California Flags draped below it. Surrounding scenes include; The Blue Wing; Wolf House / Jack London Ranch; General Vallejo Old Homestead; Sonoma Mission; Mexican Barracks; & The Bear Flag Monument. The back has a brief history of the Bear Flag, and each scene, as well as a small label for the distributer that says “From Norma’s - Sonoma / California”.
