This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is mild rubbing/scuffing to surface of brochure, light fading to paper whites, minor edgewear and some associated corner wear, mild warp due to storage. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/clean, with good preservation of B&W photographs/images and bold black print. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
The brochure measures approx 9" x 4".
