I found this at a old estate in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I bought as it looks & have not messed with it other than to test by plugging it in.

Extremely Rare.
I've been researching to this day with no results.
Most seem to think it was a tourist attraction information piece placed on the counters of places like Playland at the beach or the pier.
