Vintage Safety Speed Brown Basketweave 1/2 Lined Gun Belt SZ 38, 35" to 39.5"

Description

Vintage Safety Speed brown basketweave, white stitched, 1/2 lined Sam Browne duty belt size 38. Belt is 2 1/4" wide measuring 35" to first setting and 39.5" to last measuring from the center of the nickel buckle. The previous owner had written Sheriff Burnside along with some numbers. These belts are difficult to find and seldom in this condition.
When measuring for a duty belt which is worn over an under belt you should measure your trouser belt from the buckle end prior to buckle to setting you wear it at. Then add 2" to that figure to determine the size you would wear..
