Here is a brochure from Tour Publishing Company showing 40 of the
best restaurants in the San Francisco Bay area.  No date is shown but
with some of the prices listed it has to be early on.   Also the phone numbers
are shown with letters as the beginning of the number.  i.e.  LA. 2-9982!
The brochure is divided into East Bay, on the Peninsula, Marin - Sonoma.
And then lists towns and restaurant types.  I have no idea what restaurants
are still around, but I am sure someone out there knows and remembers!
