VICTORIAN 19TH C CHILD’S GOLDEN BROWN PLUSH VELVET COAT / GREAT FOR DOLL
DATING TO THE VICTORIAN 19TH CENTURY
FASHIONED OF A GOLDEN BROWN VELVET WITH A HOOK AND EYE CLOSURE IN THE FRONT.
THE YOKE IS TRIMMED IN CHEMIICAL LACE WITH MATCHING LACE ACROSS THE TOP REAR AND THE SLEEVES ARE CUT WITH A PUFF FULLNESS.
CONDITION
:  NUMEROUS BREAKS ARE SEEN TO THE LACE AND THE LACE HAS HEAVY AGE COLOR AND I WOULD CONSIDER REPLACING OR REMOVING.
THE INTERIOR LINING IS INTACT BUT IS HEAVILY FRAYED THROUGHOUT.
THERE ARE SOME SMALL HIGH POINTS OF WEAR TO THE VELVET THAT ARE UNNOTICED.  A BEAUTIFUL VICTORIAN CHILD’S COAT.
