This is a vintage Sunbeam Mist & Dry 24 Curler Hair Setter
, Model 62-6E. Steam Heat really helps set a fast long lasting curl and keeps your hair in good condition. I don't have instructions for this but I believe you add about a tablespoon of water into the center well and that's it! Close the doors and wait for the steam to do it's magic. I did test it and the first time I put too much water in and it just ran through. The trick is to slide the top door open and use just a bit of water to fit in the little trough, and it works like a charm. This Set has 24 rollers (4 - 1 1/8", 6 - 1", 10 - 7/8", and 4 - 5/8"  PLUS 19 white clips, plus 7 extra silver clips. It has a 6 ft cord with it's own little storage area.
