This is for a NEW, old factory stock,  quality made,
BUCKLELESS NYLON GARRISON BELT, by
TACTICAL DESIGN LABS
.
The belt is well made, a single firm thickness, which you can wear two ways, and has a HOOK & LOOK TIP Closure.  (I can't say the V- name since I'm not positive it is that exact brand and that company is overly picky about that)
This is a standard POLICE or FIREMAN or others, UNDERBELT, which lays flat and secures along an 8" strip of H&L LOOP CLOSURE, and reinforced finished edging.
The belt is 1.5" wide, designed for uniformed pants and can be worn as is, with a clean NYLON WEAR FINISH OUT and able to hold some accessories and a medium gun and holster without sagging at the edges.
OR
You can use it as a  HOOK, underbelt, to hold a  LOOP backed overbelt, like a police duty belt.
This advanced design uses HIGH CYCLE HOOK & LOOP, which lasts longer and with shorter hooks collects a lot less threads, link, hair etc.
As it is the belt is strong enough to hold some accessories and a small holster and gun without folding or sagging at the edges.
It lays flat, smooth and sharp.
The belt is marked size LARGE
It measures overall 54"
and adjusts along a 8" strip of HOOK & LOOP
TDL States this fits Waist size 40" - 44"
