    Description

Offered for another 7-day, No Reserve auction is this beautiful decorated Saturday Evening Girls (S.E.G.) handled pitcher done in a soft sage green vase glaze, and with a striking black and blue highlighted lotus design around the rim.
This sweet little SEG pitcher measures 4.25” tall and is a little over 4.25 inches from the outside of the handle to the tip of the spout. This piece is in very good condition overall, and just has a pencil tipped sized fleck on the inside surface of the spout which would be a simple remedy.
It is quite small and doesn’t show from the outside. No other issues at all. Pretty awesome considering the age and the fact that many people used this pottery every day.
It’s a stunning, early and attractive piece of pottery from Boston in 1912. It is clearly marked with the S.E.G. cypher, a numeric code indicating it was created in July of 1912 and with an unknown decorators initials that look like “BG” or MG. It’s all there…perfect addition to your SEG collection.
This piece of 1912 SEG Pottery will be carefully wrapped, boxed, insured and shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service. Flat rate fee for this piece, including insurance will be .
Please email me with any questions prior to bidding and good luck. Remember, this is a 7-day, No Reserve auction. Don’t hesitate, or it will be gone fast.
