This auction is for a rare EFCCO San Francisco Cable Car Ceramic Ring Holder with Lid and Legs. Made in Japan. Origin in 1950s-1960s. This is a RARE depiction of the famous cable car in California because the legs often broke either in-store or after purchase, therefore these didn't have a long run in souvenir shops which opted for less fragile items. But this one has survived! The ceramic container with legs is in excellent condition as is the EFCCO sticker underneath, as you can see in this photographs! An outstanding piece of San Francisco history!
