Russel Wright Charcoal Gray Rocks Glass TWIST BY IMPERIAL.
About 4.5" tall with a 11 or 12 ounce capacity.
Condition is "Used". There is a small nip on the rim that is in the lower left corner of the last photo.  The interior  of the glass has a spotty stain in the depressions.   There is also a line around the inner top.  It is not typically water staining and I wonder if maybe this was a factory second.
Anyway, it makes a perfectly acceptable shelf piece in a collection.
