    Description

    This is a vintage girl's dressy winter coat, labeled Tailored by Rothschild, made in the USA since 1881. It is gray 70% wool/30% nylon blend and trimmed with black velveteen. It has a small round velveteen collar over a large shawl collar which is edged with black velveteen and braid trim,
    highlighted by a huge velveteen bow on the shawl collar back
    . The round front buttons and sleeve cuffs are also velveteen. The coat falls in very full gathers from a yoke underneath the shawl collar. It is very heavy, with shoulder pads and front slit pockets. Older union label. Marked size 8, laid flat it measures 19" armpit to armpit and 36" shoulder to hem. Beautiful, classic coat in excellent pre-owned condition. Shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
