This listing is for a pair of lovely 19th Century French Sterling Silver helmet form sauce/gravy boats. The gravy boat has pouring spout at one end and a rolled upper rim. These two sauce boats are from the Estate of Princess Marie Beatrix de Ligne. Ligne is one of the oldest Belgium noble families dating back to the 11th Century. The family name comes from the village from which it originated located between Ath and Tournai, Belgium.
Measures about 3 1/2" high, 8" long and 4" wide
.  Weighs 400 grams.
The silver is in very good to excellent Estate condition commensurate with age although one boat has a small crack at the back corner area (see photos). No other noted flaws other than minor signs of normal wear as expected.
