This digital metallurgical microscope package includes a super speed 14MP USB 3.0 digital microscope camera and is intended for metallurgical, mineral identification and crystal, electronic integrated circuit examination and research. This product features attachable polarizing plates and infinity-corrected plan field achromatic objectives. The 100X objective is dry (immersion oil free) to meet the contactless need during inspection. The long working distance of the 10X (9.6mm) and 100X (dry 2.7mm) objectives makes it possible to inspect rough surfaces.
The included super speed digital camera with 14 megapixel resolution is designed for demonstrating your live microscope images on a large screen and record images and video to your computer. The camera can work with Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems (see version information below).
