    This has dark water spots on the bottom of pages. They could be covered by matte if framed.  The pages are tied together and has a hard cover.  It has such places as the Cliff House, Seal Rock, Palace Hotel, Market Street, Chinese Grocery Store, etc.  Great ephemera piece.
