We have a despatch department where we can ship from container, pallet, and carton to the smallest of parcels. For orders of up to 2 Kg we use Royal Mail and for high value items we use courier companies such as tnt / DHL / DPD
DAMAGE
Our shipments are packed with great care, to ensure that they reach the delivery destination in perfect condition. All items are insured for their full value. If the goods have not been checked upon delivery, please sign, but comment ‘un-checked’. It is always better to check if possible. Should any of the goods be damaged, please notify the carrier at once and retain all of the original packing. The carrier will inspect the package and settlement will be made.
