    Description

    Here is a what looks like an antique original J.E. Caldwell & Co. sterling silver gravy boat or sauce pot.  This gravy boat is engraved or stamped "Sterling Silver, J.E. Caldwell & Co. Philadelphia, 687" on the bottom.  Above the Sterling silver marking is the numbers 3748F/1.  There are a few
    scratches
    on the bottom from using it.  The gravy boat has an unfinished turned wooden handle attached.  There is
    no engraving
    on the pot itself.  I am not sure of the age of the gravy boat, but I believe it is a vintage piece if not an antique.  I usually go to the post office on Tuesday and Fridays, but will usually ship as soon as payment is received or the next day.  Item will be shipped insured.  Sorry
