    Description

    The Imperial Glass Co. made this Caramel Slag Scolding Bird (mold #10) in the glossy finish in 1982 only. It is marked with the ALIG logo and measures about 6" long.  This has its original factory foil sticker.  Our book: Slag & Marble Glass, The Prominent Years, 1959-1985 (N. Taves & D. Jennings) shows it on page 21.
    This is the actual piece that was photographed for the book.
    There is no damage of any kind. All items are packed with great care and are usually double boxed. We love glass and do not want to be responsible for a piece of glass history being destroyed.  Buyer pays shipping costs (includes insurance) via US priority mail.
    For combined shipping, just ask for an invoice before paying and I'll adjust it to the actual costs.  Ebay will calculate combined shipping for you but I have learned that it's usually on the high side and so I end up refunding the difference.  It's just easier to request a combined invoice before paying.
