Description
Hollywood's famous Girves Brown Derby Restaurant--Located at Hollywood and Vine--
Red Plastic Fruit Pick:
This was from a "Shirley Temple" drink I had there when I was a small child and visited this restaurant with my mom.
Shot Glass from Hollywood.
Movie "Clapperboard" design on front:
A clapperboard is a black & white chalkboard used in film making and video production to help mark the progression of the various scenes and takes as a movie is filmed and edited.
It helps synchronize the picture and sound.
Sometimes it is called a "film slate."
The COBB SALAD was invented at the Brown Derby!
Clark Gable proposed to Carole Lombard here.
I Love Lucy filmed an episode here with Lucy, Fred, & Ethel having lunch and looking for movie stars and seeing William Holden & Eve Arden!
Classic Movie Stars ate here; were discovered here; some even worked here!!
It is about 4 inches long.
Has a "Derby" hat at its top.
The side has the name of the restaurant printed 3-D on it.
Very nice condition!!
