This was from a "Shirley Temple" drink I had there when I was a small child and visited this restaurant with my mom.

Movie "Clapperboard" design on front:
A clapperboard is a black & white chalkboard used in film making and video production to help mark the progression of the various scenes and takes as a movie is filmed and edited.
It helps synchronize the picture and sound.
