WESTMORELAND SPECIALTY CO. Plate. No. 228 (Grapeville-PA, 1889-1924) Also known as "Atlanta" pattern, which
features scalloped tooth rim with sunflower cut motifs and sits on a 1/4" footing. circa 1908.
Measurements:
approx. 11" in diameter
