This has no size or what it is made of it measure
14.5" from front to back
13.25 from side to side when straightened
6.5" high from top to bottom about 3.5 brim?? and 5.75 crown??
Approx 21 inches I measured with tape measure around the open from the leather flap inside.
6.25" approx from side to side inside
Not sure what this is made of it feels like a brushed felt or beaver there is no sewing on the outside rim at all.  There is a ribbon with bow
There is a few spots of wear as I tried to show with pictures.
Please ask for more pictures if you would like,  This is from an estate auction and I did not try to clean this shows a bit of dust inside looks really clean
