Childs Antique/Vintage HANDMADE Red/White Wool JACKET/TOPPER for Toddler or Doll

Description

Antique/vintage handmade child's jacket or topper in red and cream-white has the following measurements:
Front armhole to armhole is 15 in. across or 30 in. chest measurement
Shoulder to shoulder between sleeve seams - 10.5 in.
Back Length - 12.25 in.
It looks like it was made from a woolen blanket. Unlined, the inside has the cream-white and red colors in reverse.  All the seams are neatly hand-finished.
The patch pocket and all the edges are trimmed with red satin binding.
No spots, holes or odors.  Some light fading across the front right side--it has been folded in one of the pictures so you can better see the faded part.
We don't know the exact age of this item but early 1900s is our guess.
