All you need is a T-25 star drive bit, and you can install it in seconds!
Dimensions are as follows: The longest point of the backboard is 28-3/4”, width is 8-3/4” (roof width 9-1/4”), and the depth of the chamber portion is 5-1/2” (plus a tad bit on the front for roof overhang). The chamber gaps are 3/4”. The landing pad and all the chambers are equipped with grooves for ease of the bat’s gripping.
Our houses are all made of quality pine. (But if you’d like to special order a cedar-built house, they usually run about 15% to 50% more in purchase price due to lumber costs—feel free to contact me for a pricing quote!) We hand select every single board to ensure uniformity and straightness.
