    Description

    This auction is for a new, custom built single (1) chamber bat house, more compact size than others I currently have listed.  Built from solid cedar boards, these bat houses feature simple and rustic design and construction.  They are not finished, sanded, stained, painted, etc.  They measure approximately 5 1/2" wide, by 13 3/4" long (or tall) and 3 1/4" total depth (chamber has approximately 1 1/2" in interior depth space).  Has a 2 1/4" landing pad at the bottom, with shallow grooves throughout for the bats to grab on to and has a slightly angled roof.  Also has a pre drilled hole at the top and bottom for mounting, screws not included.  Each bat house is custom built per order and because of this and due to different batches of wood, each one might vary slightly in appearance.
