1946 Golden Gate Bridge San Francisco Duro Decal Travel Water Slide in Sleeve

This sale is for one vintage NEW OLD STOCK 1946 Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco. California UNUSED travel luggage art water slide decal in the original DURO DECAL CO., INC. wax paper like sleeve.  On the back of the sleeve, it reads:  IMPORTANT - Be sure to remove all wax and foreign substances from surface before applying decals.  Do not apply decals in freezing weather,
INSTRUCTIONS:  Soak for a few seconds in lukewarm water until the decal slides free on backing sheet.  Moisten surface to which decal is to be transferred.  Transfer decal, face towards you, into desired location.  Press out bubbles with blotter.  When Transferring decal on inside of window, do same as above except that you transfer the decal FACE TOWARDS THE GLASS.  Remove excess glue from entire surface.  If applied on cars do not place on windshield or where it might impair the driver's vision.
Then it gives the Duro Decal Co. address. There decals were found a few years ago in a storage locker in the San Francisco area.  We have 15 of them.  They were all stapled together but in their original Duro Decal Sleeve - unused.  The sleeves have the staple holes and some of them - at the top but on the sides is partially split open.  The decals are in great condition.  The white paper backs have turned a little yellow over time.  This is a great, rare, find that we are pleased to be able to share with you.  I had packed them away and forgot that we had them.
